By using the agroAZ.co website and Agro AZ service and any information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services and Content, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use" or “Agreement”).

1. Who May Use the Services

You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with Agroz AZ and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name and for keeping your password secure.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Agro AZ users.
You may not use the Agro AZ service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, video clips, links, events ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Agro AZ service. You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Agro AZ including but not limited to user profiles and photos.
You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any Agro AZ members ("Spam").
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not, in the use of Agro AZ, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Agro AZ account. While Agro AZ prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Agro AZ cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Agro AZ services at your own risk.

2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://www.agroaz.com/termo.html) describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.

3. Services and Content

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others.
Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. Agro AZ does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. Agro AZ may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, Agro AZ cannot take responsibility for such Content.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Our Services evolve constantly. As such, the Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services to you or to users generally. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time. We may also remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, suspend or terminate users, and reclaim usernames without liability to you.
In consideration for Agro AZ granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Agro AZ and its third-party providers and partners may place advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others. You also agree not to misuse our Services, for example, by interfering with them or accessing them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Agro AZ’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Agro AZ’s providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Agro AZ (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Agro AZ (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Agro AZ is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services. Agro AZ also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of Agro AZ, its users and the public. Agro AZ does not disclose personally-identifying information to third parties except in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. Agro AZ cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
You can control most communications from the Services. Agro AZ may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your account, and you may not be able to opt-out from receiving them. If you added your phone number to your account and you later change or deactivate that phone number, you must update your account information to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who acquires your old number.

3.1 Your Rights

AGRO AZ does not held any rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. You only grant Agro AZ the following non-exclusive license: A worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process, information and content that you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. This license authorizes Agro AZ to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Agro AZ to provide, promote, and improve the Services and to make Content submitted to or through the Services available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication of such Content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content use. Such additional uses by Agro AZ, or other companies, organizations or individuals, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services. By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services to Agro AZ, you agree that Agro AZ can use and share (but does not have to) such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

You agree to only provide content or information if that does not violate the law nor anyone's rights (e.g., without violating any intellectual property rights or breaching a contract). You also agree that your profile information will be truthful. Agro AZ may be required by law to remove certain information or content in certain countries.

3.2 Your Obligations

To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (defined below) or older; (2) you will only have one Agro AZ account (and/or one SlideShare or Pulse account, if applicable), which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by Agro AZ from using the Services.
“Minimum Age” means (a) 18 years old for the People's Republic of China, (b) 16 years old for the Netherlands, (c) 14 years old for the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia and South Korea, and (d) 13 years old for all other countries. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for Agro AZ to lawfully provide the Services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your information) then the Minimum Age is such older age. The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 13.
You agree that Agro AZ may provide notices to you in the following ways: (1) a banner notice on the Service, or (2) an email sent to an address you provided, or (3) through other means including mobile number, telephone, or mail. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
Agro AZ Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, links to news articles, opportunities, practices, events. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members or, if public, by Visitors. Where Agro AZ had made settings available, it will honor the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g., sharing to a group instead of your network, limiting your profile visibility, or not letting people know when you change your profile, make recommendations or follow other members). Agro AZ is not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

This is Agro AZ disclaimer of legal liability for the quality, safety, or reliability of our Services.

4.1 No Warranty

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER LAW, AGRO AZ (AND AGRO AZ ENTITIES, SUCH AS ITS AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, BUT NOT LIMITATED TO) (A) DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS (E.G. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND NONINFRINGEMENT); (B) DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, (C) ANY HARM TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER HARM THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTNT AND (D) PROVIDE THE SERVICE (INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM THE AGRO AZ ENTITIES OR THROUGH THE SERVICES, WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESANTATION NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OR ALL OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. These are the limits of legal liability Agro AZ may have to you.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

AGRO AZ AND ITS ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT AGRO AZ AND ITS ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN THEIR ENTIRETIES, BUT WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

5. Property Rights in Content on Agro AZ

Agro AZ respects the intellectual property rights of others. Agro AZ require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
Agro AZ does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through the Agro AZ Services. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Agro AZ Services, you hereby grant to Agro AZ a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except Content not shared publicly ("private") will not be distributed outside the Agro AZ Services.
Some of the Agro AZ Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that Agro AZ may place such advertising and promotions on the Agro AZ Services or on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Agro AZ Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Agro AZ Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post on or through the Instagram Services.
The Agro AZ Services contain Content of Agro AZ ("Agro AZ Content"). Agro AZ Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Agro AZ owns and retains all rights in the Agro AZ Content and the Agro AZ Services. Instagram hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the Agro AZ Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Site and using the Agro AZ Services.
The Agro AZ Services contain Content of Users and other Agro AZ licensors. Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Agro AZ Services.
Agro AZ performs technical functions necessary to offer the Agro AZ Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Agro AZ Services.
Although the Site and other Agro AZ Services are normally available, there will be occasions when the Site or other Agro AZ Services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of Agro AZ. Also, although Agro AZ will normally only delete Content that violates this Agreement, Agro AZ reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by Agro AZ in order to comply with certain legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Consequently, Agro AZ encourages you to maintain your own backup of your Content. In other words, Agro AZ is not a backup service. Agro AZ will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Agro AZ Services, or the loss of any Content.

6. Dispute resolution

You agree that the laws of the State Delaware, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Agreement and/or the Services. We both agree that all of these claims can only be litigated in the federal or state courts of XXX, Delaware, USA, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you are a federal, state, or local government entity in the United States using the Services in your official capacity and legally unable to accept the controlling law, jurisdiction or venue clauses above, then those clauses do not apply to you. For such U.S. federal government entities, these Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the United States of America (without reference to conflict of laws) and, in the absence of federal law and to the extent permitted under federal law, the laws of the State of Delaware (excluding choice of law).
In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Agro AZ’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

7. General Conditions

Agro AZ reserves the right to modify or terminate the Agro AZ service for any reason, without notice at any time.
Agro AZ reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms, which will always be at SITE DA AGRO, will govern our relationship with you. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, Agro AZ will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Agro AZ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Agro AZ may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing in the Content that Agro AZ determines in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

8. Termination

Agro AZ or You may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The following shall survive termination:
Our rights to use and disclose your feedback; Members' and/or Contacts' rights to further re-share content and information you shared through the Service to the extent copied or re-shared prior to termination; Sections 4, 6 and 7 of this Agreement;
